Straight shooter . Joe is an exhalent agent! He worked with us tirelessly looking at many many homes. He was flexible with his schedule to meet both of our working schedules and when we called he always answered! Honest and straight shooter he will not lead you wrong in your search for a home and will put your success first and never hesitate to make sure you know if there are any issues with the houses. This is the 2nd time I came to Joe to buy a property and I will continue to come back as long as he is available!

Joe is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a professional in helping us with every step . . Joe was there for us helping to get the house ready for market and making sure nothing was missed. He was very prompt with returning phone calls and answering questions we had. Paperwork was completed and prepared accurately and correctly for settlement. Communication could not have been better. Joe was truly a blessing to us walking us through this process. Could not have ask for a better experience.

Recommend!! My husband and I were looking for a new home on a property that was somewhat specific. Joe asked great questions to understand what we were looking for, and he absolutely figured us out. Each time we arrived to a home to tour, he was clearly prepared, and then offered insight about the structure and its features that I think many others would have missed. Overall, I was impressed by his ability to understand what his opponents buyer was looking for as well as his knowledge of real estate. He was great to work with, and I definitely recommend him!

Better than expected! Selling or buying a house isn't fun in my mind, so I was nervous about the whole process. Joe helped put my wife and I at ease with his knowledge of the market and down to earth personality. Every time we had a question he was quick to respond, never putting us off. He also took the time and showed us houses hours away instead of just putting us with an agent in that location. The end result of our experience was our house sold for asking price in two days. There weren't any hiccups, it was a nice smooth transaction. Joe is a great pick to have on your team, we really appreciated his services that he provided.
